Introduction to our New Privacy Policy

At our sites, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our sites provide a safe environment for adult visitors. We also strive to optimize your online experience.

Personal Data - Personal Data is data about a living individual that can be used to identify, directly or indirectly, the identity of the user.   Personal data could be a name, an identification number, location data, a photograph, or any online identifier attached to the individual’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. Please note that no personal data is collected or used by the Plaza websites.

Usage Data - Usage Data is data we collect automatically based on your use of the Plaza's websites via Google Analytics.

Consent - Consent of the data subject is any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

Cookies - Cookies are small text files that are stored in a computer system via an Internet browser. The Plaza uses Cookies to analyize (via Google) and enable greater customization and personalization of our service to you.

Data Controller - Controller or controller responsible for the processing is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law. In this case the Data Controller is The Plaza.

Data Processor - Processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.Data Processor (or Service Provider) means any person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller.  For the purpose of this privacy policy, Google acts as a Data Processor.  Additionally, we may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.

Data Subject - Data subject is any identified or identifiable natural person, whose personal data is processed by the controller responsible for the processing.

Recipient - Recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing.

User - The User is the individual using The Plaza. The User corresponds to the Data Subject, who is the subject of Personal Data.

Third Party - Third party is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data.

What about “cookies”?

When you visit our sites, we gather information via Google Analytics that does not identify individual users. Their sites use cookies to track your IP address only for the purposes of tracking unique user sessions and providing you with custom-tailored content. We merely use aggregate information along with other data to make improvements to and update our sites for our visitors.

Will information collected be disclosed to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. No information is kept by The Plaza, or its servers that can identify users of the sites.

Our sites contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content or lawfulness of the linking sites. Further, our business relationship with these sites does not include any obligations to disclose identifying information about you collected at our sites.

Chat Rooms, Forums etc.

The Plaza may make chat rooms, forums, blogs, message boards and other related community features and activities available to you and other users. If you post Personal Information online, it will be publicly available and you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. We cannot ensure the security of any information you choose to make public in a chat room, forum, or message board. Also, we cannot ensure that parties who have access to such publicly available information will respect your privacy. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose Personal Information in these areas. We reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to review and/or monitor any such community areas on the Web Site.

This policy may be updated periodically. Please check this page for changes. By using our website, products and/or services, you are acknowledging your agreement with our Privacy Policy.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the exclusive right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be in violation of any applicable laws. We also reserve the exclusive right to release information about members who we believe, in good faith, are in violation of our content guidelines and/or policies.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("“Google"). Google Analytics uses "“cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . In case IP-anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the area of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the whole IP address will be first transfered to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP-anonymisation is active on this website.

Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing them other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
